Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a Family Advocacy Treatment Manager, you will provide critical services to individuals, families, and groups affected by maltreatment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with general hours of work from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except for US Holidays. You will be responsible for assessing and treating clients, providing voluntary prevention services, and coordinating services for families.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegations meet criteria for maltreatment.
  • Provide voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
  • Coordinate services for families and monitor client participation and progress using various modalities, including social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • A current, unrestricted State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Two years of full-time post-master's degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • The ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Technical Skills

You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and possess data entry skills to create and maintain clinical records. Familiarity with the Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software is also essential.

Physical Requirements

The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to handle objects, and reaches with hands and arms. The employee occasionally kneels, stoops, and crouches. Lifting objects up to 20 pounds may be required.

Work Environment

This role primarily involves working in an office setting with standard equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Travel may be required, with the majority of trips being one-night stays.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $69,000 per year, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in their careers.
