Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or related roles within direct-to-consumer e-commerce, with a strong grasp of best practices and industry trends.
  • Profound understanding of customer lifetime value and the ability to leverage insights within email and SMS marketing channels.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot, with a solid understanding of email deliverability and performance metrics.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing international teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt and innovate using A.I. technologies.
  • Proven capability to design and execute effective email campaigns, utilizing segmentation and A/B testing techniques.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills for crafting engaging email communications.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills for making data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with innovative ideas for email marketing strategies.
