Manufacturing Operator – 3rd Shift - Competitive Pay

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various color-coded machinery within a shared workspace, each requiring distinct run times, necessitating regular movement.
  • Monitor multiple machine functions concurrently to identify product defects or operational issues.
  • Organize, label, package, and transport completed products to designated areas.
  • Examine components for quality assurance.
  • Measure and record product weights.
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Ability to work in a warm and occasionally dusty setting.
  • Comfortable with the odors associated with manufacturing processes.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic work atmosphere.
  • Willingness to operate multiple machines and engage in frequent movement.
  • Open to direct and straightforward communication from management.
  • Ability to ascend ladders as required.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be engaged in a warm, fast-paced production environment, operating various machines and maintaining high levels of activity. Your tasks will include monitoring equipment for quality, organizing and packaging products, conducting inspections, recording weights, completing documentation, and upholding cleanliness standards.
