Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.
- At least six months of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, Call Center, or Contact Center role is required.
- Proficiency in computer usage is essential; familiarity with Windows-based applications is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English or Navajo/English is advantageous.
