The Customer Service Representative will act as the initial point of contact for patients via telephone, ensuring a seamless experience by delivering exceptional service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.
  • At least six months of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, Call Center, or Contact Center role is required.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is essential; familiarity with Windows-based applications is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English or Navajo/English is advantageous.
