- Conduct data processing and analysis;
- Perform surface water modeling, including hydrodynamic, hydraulic, hydrologic, and water quality assessments;
- Collect field data;
- Prepare technical reports;
- Execute engineering and scientific calculations, along with critical evaluations of technical documents;
- Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory bodies;
- Assist in the preparation of proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in water resource engineering, coastal engineering, civil engineering, water resource science, coastal science, or a closely related discipline (required)
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and applying surface water models
- Proficiency in programming for data processing and analysis
- Strong communication skills and report writing capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- GIS capabilities (preferred)
- Willingness to engage in regular fieldwork and travel (required)
- Health and safety training, medical monitoring, and compliance with client-driven drug and background checks (required)
- Experience in field data collection (preferred)
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record for business travel (required)
- Valid passport (or eligibility to obtain) and willingness to travel internationally for waterfront project support (preferred)
- Boating experience (preferred)
