Job Summary

This Senior Administrative Assistant role involves providing high-level administrative support to the HR department and office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and distribute reports to management on a weekly basis.
  • Organize and file reports, create presentations, and generate graphs for senior leadership.
  • Create and maintain organizational charts in Excel.
  • Enter data into case tracking systems and manage emails, files, and documents.
  • Serve as the receptionist, handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
