About the Role

As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the hospital. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and procedures
  • Perform basic math calculations and manage cash transactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
What We Offer

Loma Linda University Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
