Project Manager for Sports Field Construction

About the Role:

As a Project Manager for Sports Field Construction at Thunderbolt Inc, you will serve as a representative for our clients, overseeing project management and project control for projects in the field of sports field construction. This includes coordinating with external service providers and engineering offices to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, cost calculations, and feasibility studies, as well as conduct tendering, awarding, accounting, cost control, and documentation as a client representative.
  • Develop and coordinate proposals for political decisions and report to superiors, higher authorities, and political bodies.
  • Implement construction measures in the field of sports field construction for existing facilities and new buildings, encompassing the entire range of services from phases 1-9 of the HOAI.
  • Assume technical responsibility for the facility in terms of operator responsibility, conduct inspections and evaluations of inspection reports, prepare facility condition assessments, and handle defect remediation.
  • Conduct interdisciplinary planning and implementation of maintenance and repair measures in the field of sports field construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Science in the field of landscape architecture, landscaping, civil engineering, road construction, or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in the field of client representation, project management, and project control, as well as planning and construction management of similar projects is advantageous.
  • High level of responsibility, organizational, and communication skills.
