Job Overview

US Housing Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Consultant to provide expert services for our clients, public housing authorities across the US. This role is based in our Dunwoody, GA office, requiring four days of in-office work, transitioning to full remote work.

The Asset Management Group at US Housing Consultants offers a range of regulatory compliance services for small to medium-sized public housing authorities. The successful candidate will have experience supporting a team of professionals producing high-volume reports and materials, such as capital needs assessments and energy audits. Previous experience in real estate, law offices, lending institutions, or appraisal companies is a plus. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn and understand complex government regulations related to income-restricted housing.

This is a full-time position with a growing national company. The successful candidate will serve as the logistical point person for our Dunwoody office as we transition to full remote work. They will provide support for a team of professionals based in Dunwoody and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in standard software packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems such as Salesforce and various government agency portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to finalize and deliver high-volume, highly technical reports to clients.
  • Familiarity with Affordable Housing or Public Housing programs is a plus.
