Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative at Closet Factory plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and support to our clients. This full-time, hourly position is based in MIDDLE RIVER, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer inquiries about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Coordinate with the franchise team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and updating customer information in the database
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
