As a Senior Collection Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective solutions to intricate challenges. Your expertise will be essential in customizing advanced solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Collection Management Officer functions, which include reviewing, drafting, coordinating, and disseminating reports based on information exploitation that aligns with established reporting criteria.This position is designed to function across various domains, acting as a central point for executing Collection Management Officer duties related to data exploitation, acquisition, and the monitoring of new information.
IMPACT OF A SENIOR COLLECTION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:Design and define system architecture for both new and existing computer systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of certification, training, and work experience.

Ability to manage digital data streams throughout their lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of data exploitation techniques and trends.

Ability to collaborate with various offices and government agencies to manage collections and establish best practices.
Capacity to learn and implement strategies to protect operations and interests.
Ability to understand and apply customer policies, regulations, and legal guidelines.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Engage in data operations and management to obtain and document valuable collections. Communicate with counterparts regarding the priority and potential value of these data sets.
Collaborate with technical experts on tools and capabilities for data extraction.
Conduct post-dissemination activities related to reporting, including grading, evaluation, inquiries about status, use, origins, classification, and distribution of reports.
Work with local counterparts on information and follow-up operations stemming from newly developed leads.Maintain and deploy templates and guidance for various collection and dissemination scenarios.
Responsible for identifying, synthesizing, and preparing significant outputs for dissemination, which inform customers and analysts about the capabilities of nefarious actors as reflected in their digital media.

Certification or training in data governance.
Familiarity with computer file structures and various file types.
Understanding of the practices and infrastructure for data transmission, storage, and manipulation, including capabilities, limitations, and classification restrictions.
Experience working with different offices and agencies.
Knowledge of customer-specific systems, databases, data repositories, collection techniques, and Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) techniques.
Experience supporting data activities and protecting sources and methods.
Familiarity with big data and reporting issues.

The likely salary range for this position is $178,500 - $241,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
