About the Role

Engrain is a leading provider of mapping solutions for the real estate industry. We're seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Troubleshoot Integrations: Establish configurations for existing data integrations in our proprietary software and track and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Data Analysis and Quality Assurance: Analyze data from disparate sources, create recommendations as needed, and audit and clean large sets of data to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate with customers and developers regarding product integration best practices and craft and maintain internal and external product documentation.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Use various file types to troubleshoot data issues, perform semi-regular portfolio audits, and leverage existing scripts/tools to work efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience and Skills: 0-3 years of experience working in software implementation, data analysis, data quality assurance, customer success, and/or project management. Intermediate knowledge in Excel and/or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, IF Statements, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think and act proactively, and a self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
