Job Summary:

The MS Recruiter is a key member of the HCTec team, responsible for locating, selecting, and placing candidates in our Managed Services business. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT field and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in the IT field, and a strong knowledge of technical positions and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for Managed Services positions.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand candidate profiles and requirements.
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and fit for Managed Services positions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on time to hire, quality of hire, and sourcing metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience in the IT field, specifically in service center and credentialed technology professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of technical positions and certifications.
  • Valid State Driver's License.

Work Environment:

This role is located in our Winston-Salem, NC office and requires occasional travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a well-lit, ventilated, and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment.
