Position Summary

We are in search of compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are eager to contribute to our mission. This role involves providing and overseeing ABA therapy in both clinic and potential home settings.

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and executing treatment plans, guiding caregivers, and collaborating with a team of professionals to implement effective interventions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and fellow BCBAs.
  • Facilitate caregiver training and support in various settings.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to client and clinic needs.
