Join Our Team
We are in search of passionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are eager to make a significant impact within our organization. If you believe in the importance of engaging and effective therapy, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview
The BCBA will oversee and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and home settings. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing guidance to caregivers and collaborating with team members.
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Creating and facilitating training sessions for parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring behavior technicians and fellow BCBAs.
  • Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Participating in team meetings and providing feedback on treatment progress.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to engage physically with clients during therapy sessions.
