Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will play a pivotal role in providing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and potential home environments. This position involves the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, regular guidance for caregivers, and collaboration with team members to ensure effective implementation of treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and supervise ABA therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality care for clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client.
- Lead caregiver training sessions and provide ongoing support in various settings.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a team of behavior technicians and other BCBAs to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree and BCBA certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
