As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate position involves meeting customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services, assisting with branch opening/closing procedures, and maintaining branch inventory and supplies. You will also support the Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility Checklist and attend meetings and other events as required.

Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with people
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year is estimated for this position based on industry standards.
