About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services. You will work closely with our Branch Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote bank products and services
  • Meet customer financial needs through various channels
  • Assist with branch opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain branch inventory and supplies
  • Travel to other branches as needed
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
