Nurse Manager

As a Charge Nurse at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Our hospital is committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in North Texas, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care
* Collaborate with the CNO and leadership team to implement policies and procedures, including regulatory and accreditation standards
* Supervise nurses and ensure the provision of safe and effective patient care after hours, on weekends, and on holidays
* Communicate effectively with management and administration to address unusual occurrences or complaints
* Ensure the nursing department staff performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
Requirements
* Graduate of accredited registered nurse program, bachelor's degree preferred
* Current unrestricted licensure in the state
* Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required
* Current Advance Cardiac Life Support required
* Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) required
* Minimum of two years of previous nursing management required

Our hospital provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
