Role Overview:

Project Managers are Licensed Architects who hold direct accountability to the firm and its clients for the successful management of multiple complex projects. An effective Project Manager emphasizes critical areas such as Client Relations, Team Leadership, Design Oversight, Financial Stewardship, and Strategic Guidance. They report directly to the Studio Director and the Partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in the public sector;
  • Possession of a US Architectural License;
  • A professional degree in Architecture;
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on project management experience across all design and construction phases;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, codes, construction techniques, and associated costs;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit to oversee projects utilizing BIM;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams effectively and mentor junior staff;
  • Experience in construction administration, including managing submittals, RFIs, site meetings, punch lists, and project closeout;
  • Expertise in managing budgets, fees, contracts, and timelines;
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the capacity to establish rapport with employees, clients, consultants, and vendors at all levels.

Compensation: Salary starting at $90k, commensurate with experience.
