Essential Duties:

  • Welcoming customers upon entry and exit

  • Handling payments in cash, credit, or checks
  • Providing change and receipts to customers
  • Issuing promotional materials such as coupons and gift cards
  • Managing returns and refunds while addressing customer concerns
  • Safely packaging and wrapping purchased items
  • Encouraging additional sales when appropriate

Qualifications:
