- Ph.D. in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) from an APA-accredited program
- Successful completion of postdoctoral training hours
- Full licensure in the state of Minnesota (or willingness to become licensed)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Knowledge of insurance billing processes and CPT codes
