About the Role

Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Certification: Review and certify manufacturing and support documentation and records to ensure compliance with in-house specifications and GMP.
  • QA Signature Authority: Have QA signature authority on the review of individual batch records, supporting test records, and other ancillary support records.
  • Internal Audit Program: Assist in the internal audit program and serve as a QA presence on the manufacturing floor.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Participate in regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with manufacturing and quality control teams to resolve open issues and ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of one year of QA-related experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise judgment, and strong planning and organization skills.
