We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. As a member of our Screening and Treatment of Early Psychosis (STEP) Team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP) and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments to determine eligibility and inform treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are behaviorally oriented and measurable.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy consistent with the Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) model.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with other professionals and organizations to facilitate referrals and care coordination.
- Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field).
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices.
- Experience working with adults with substance use conditions and co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness.
