The Adolescent Therapist Role at Guidelight Health
We're seeking a dedicated Adolescent Therapist to provide PHP/IOP services to adolescents. As a mental health professional, you'll have the opportunity to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients. Your passion for the work will be celebrated, and you'll be part of a team that genuinely champions work-life balance.
As a Therapist, you'll provide direct care to clients admitted to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care; conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients. You'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of your training, experience, and competency.
