We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with mental health needs, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered, individual therapy to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
- Assist individuals in learning skills and coping strategies to support recovery.
- Familiar with evidence-based clinical practices, including harm reduction, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, housing, and vocational support.
- Liaise with medical providers and other community supports.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health, such as social work, psychology, or counseling, is required. Licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT is also required, or the ability to obtain licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
