- Lead initiatives from inception to execution, driving scalability.
- Develop tools for deploying our cybersecurity product suite within a regulated environment (AWS GovCloud).
- Collaborate closely with a specialized team of infrastructure and product engineers to implement change and release management processes.
- Create observability frameworks and integrations, establish and monitor SLAs/SLOs for essential systems, and proactively manage deviations by triggering alerts as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, focusing on the reliability of shared services.
- Proficiency in container orchestration, particularly with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and automation, preferably using Terraform.
- Familiarity with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and incident management systems (PagerDuty, Sentry, Slack integration).
- Experience in environments designed to comply with Federal regulations such as FedRAMP and DoD SRG.
- Experience in constructing and managing infrastructure within AWS GovCloud.

Base salary range: $147,000—$173,000 USD
