About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Site Reliability and Platform Engineering team.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing features independently, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability for the systems you work on.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to and execute technical strategies, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
You will manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment automation, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
You will support and enhance production systems, maintaining uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
You will assist in managing and addressing vulnerabilities to maintain system security and integrity.
You will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and build systems to streamline development processes.
You will implement and refine tools that improve developer productivity and streamline workflows.
You will support and improve release management processes, ensuring smooth and reliable software releases.
You will help onboard and mentor new engineers, providing guidance and support as they integrate into the team.
RequirementsWe are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or Production Engineering.
You should have a strong understanding of the systems and products you work on, including their upstream and downstream dependencies.
You should have experience with major cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
You should have familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
You should have experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
You should have a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for automation and system reliability.
You should be able to work effectively with other teams (PM, design, SE, etc.) and contribute to achieving higher-level goals.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $170,000 + annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
Compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, and impact.
