Human Resource Support Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator at COMHAR, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This includes providing general administrative support, assisting with employee status changes, and maintaining personnel files. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including supply ordering, coordinating resources, and data entry.
- Assist with and coordinate employee status changes, pay updates, I-9 reverification, audits, and other projects.
- Process all status changes in the HRIS system and maintain personnel files.
- Assist with new hire orientation, create employee identification badges, and update employee demographics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position, preferably in HR.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Information:$45,760 per annum, based on experience.
