About the Role

We are seeking an Early Career Engineer/Designer to join our dynamic team of Special Consultants at WDP & Associates Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions for new buildings and creative problem-solving for buildings and structures experiencing leakage, distress, or failures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and provide creative problem-solving for buildings and structures experiencing leakage, distress, or failures.
  • Develop innovative design solutions for new buildings and renovations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage projects from proposal writing to budgeting to site visits to compliance to final deliverables.
  • Receive mentorship from established industry leaders and have the freedom and resources to advance your career.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working on active construction sites is preferred.
  • Ability to engage in field work and flexibility to work on diverse projects.
  • Day travel and occasional overnight travel.
  • U.S. Work Authorization.
  • Valid License and acceptable driving history (past 3 years).
