About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Lead Behavior Intervention Specialist. This full-time or part-time opportunity is based in Randolph, NJ, and involves working with middle and high school students.

Job Summary

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Provide direct support to students, including 1:1 therapy and group interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement behavior interventions across settings.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure success.
  • Provide training and support for staff members in implementing behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including progress notes and behavior logs.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and other professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
