University Staff Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented University Staff Liaison to join our team at Boylston Staffing in Cambridge. This is a 3-month contract role, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$26 per hour. The ideal candidate will start as soon as possible.
About the RoleThe University Staff Liaison will provide administrative support to the Arts and Sciences department, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining records, reports, budget, and plans
- Managing a web page, website, or program materials
- Maintaining Outlook calendars and ensuring timely responses to emails
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in an academic setting to leverage their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional multitasking abilities.
