As a Principal Solution Architect, you will join an Agile team focused on developing healthcare applications and implementing innovative features while adhering to the highest coding standards.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Collaborate directly with clients to conceptualize, design, and develop high-level system architectures that support both current and future client systems.
  • Guide project teams in evaluating the technological, business, and operational implications of their technology investment decisions.

  • Act as a thought leader by sharing insights, recommendations, and learnings, providing system and technical consultancy.

  • Mentor and coach peers within the team.

Experience Required: -

  • 15+ years of experience.

Educational Background: -

  • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certifications in various technologies are advantageous.

Essential Skills: -

Mandatory Skills

  • At least 15 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture, with a minimum of several years in enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business architecture, value streams, capability maps, and customer journeys.
  • Strong ability to present and articulate business and technical concepts.
  • Experience leading initiatives to create technological solutions and architectures that impact critical business areas.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on proficiency in FS .Net or Java, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, RESTful designs, and other modern architectural techniques and best practices.
  • Experience with on-premise solutions and cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
