Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
  • Engage customers on our rewards program, private label credit cards, and other loyalty initiatives
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking, facing, and maintaining store displays
  • Assist with truck unloading, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a team-oriented environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move throughout the store
