Webster Bank is seeking a highly experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead our Not for Profit Team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service to our Not for Profit clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Not for Profit clients' financial needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our Not for Profit clients.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our Not for Profit client base.
  • Provide expert advice on financial products and services to meet the needs of our Not for Profit clients.
  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to ensure exceptional client service and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong understanding of Not for Profit financials and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
