Key Responsibilities
As an Engagement Activities Coordinator, you will:
  • Implement the Engagement 3.0 philosophy, prioritizing relationships and purposeful activities.
  • Serve as a resource for community leadership on enhancing resident engagement and quality of life.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee at least one full-time team member to meet operational expectations.
  • Collaborate across various service lines, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, to foster a culture of engagement throughout the community.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience working with adults, along with leadership experience. A degree in a relevant field such as therapeutic recreation, gerontology, healthcare, or education is preferred.
