Audio-Visual Installation Specialist

We are seeking an Audio-Visual Installation Specialist to enhance our dynamic team.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:
Leading teams in structured cabling, as well as the installation of final components for custom integration projects that encompass audio-visual systems, integrated controls, lighting, shading, security, and networking.
Scheduling and directing field resources under the guidance of the Project Manager (PM).
Identifying change orders and tracking their completion in collaboration with the PM.
Executing work orders, which may involve installing equipment, relocating devices, or creating components for autonomous networks.
Installing systems with the appropriate tools and ensuring proper functionality of equipment.
Adjusting equipment to achieve optimal visual or auditory output, in accordance with specifications and manuals.
Performing tasks that require a comprehensive understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical principles, as well as the operation of electronic devices.
Installing, starting, and shutting down equipment following company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Assisting with service calls under the direction of a Service Manager may be part of your duties.
Other related responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Possess knowledge of home automation, networking, and audio/video distribution.

Position Requirements:
5+ years of field experience as a lead technician.
Experience in leading a field crew.
Familiarity with Crestron/Crestron Home programming.
Experience with Control4 programming.
CEDIA, HTA, or Avixa certifications are advantageous.
OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification or the ability to obtain one.
A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
