About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Principal/Senior Principal Systems Engineer to work on complex projects involving radar systems for air dominance platforms, bomber and strike programs, and airborne / maritime / ground-based surveillance missions. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop advanced signal processing algorithms and system performance models, as well as collaborate with other teams to design and implement radar systems.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, with a focus on signal processing and performance modeling.
- Proficiency in MATLAB or equivalent programming languages, with experience in developing Radar/RF signal processing algorithms and system level performance models.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $102,400 - $153,600 per year.
