This is an exciting opportunity to join the Northrop Grumman team as a Systems Test Engineer, working on the G/ATOR program family in the Maritime & Land Sensors and Systems (MLSS) Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating, troubleshooting, and testing antenna and RF sensor systems.

The role involves collaborating with software, firmware, and hardware teams to understand expected unit-level and system-level behavior, ensuring testing produces accurate data points. Defining and developing test capabilities that exercise and stress respective software and hardware capabilities are also key responsibilities.

In addition to these duties, the ideal candidate will perform system integration plans and system test plans development and maintenance. Working at multiple Northrop Grumman sites in Linthicum, MD is also a requirement.

A current active DoD Secret Clearance is necessary for this position, and U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must have a strong ability to work independently and possess experience with both subsystem and system-level testing.

A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields is required. Experience with antenna test and performing antenna measurements, as well as knowledge and experience with ground radars and AESA radar development, design, test are highly desirable.
