Position Overview
At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in a Domino's Pizza establishment is essential for this position.
Previous titles include: OER Coach, Operations Support Coach.
Relocation to California is a requirement.
In this role, you will:
- Guide store Team Members, Franchisees, and Marketplace Team Leaders to enhance store efficiency.
- Deliver practical training during assessments.
- Offer constructive, positive, and actionable feedback.
- Identify operational deficiencies and propose improvement strategies.
- Serve as a resource for marketplace information.
- Evaluate and share best practices.
- Comprehend, interpret, uphold, and enforce standards, policies, and procedures.
- Review all systems in stores to ensure compliance with DPLLC Standards and procedures.
- Assess all stores in the designated area multiple times throughout the year.
- Instruct classes for Franchisees and General Managers.
- Collaborate with Area Leaders, Franchisees, and Marketplace Trainers to create targeted training aimed at improving operations in the assigned area.
- Inform the marketplace about current and updated standards proactively.
- Conduct calibration visits with marketplace leaders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to WRC leadership.
- Engage in special programs such as Domino's Pizza Prep School.
- Support key WRC leadership and marketplace initiatives, including awards programs or reference checks.
- Collect and deliver specialized data upon request.
- Assist in the testing and launch of new products.
- Maintain a consistent and direct line of communication with WRC, Marketplace leaders, and Franchisees, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Utilize store data and available technology to effectively plan store visits.
- Arrange all travel in a cost-effective manner.
- Leverage reports and data to ensure timely completion of store visits.
- Minimum of 1 year as General Manager of a Domino's Pizza store; 2 years preferred.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Experience as a multi-unit supervisor, Operations Trainer, or AL-Fran Ops is preferred.
- Proven track record as a role model operator with exceptional evaluation scores.
- Ability to work independently and focus on results.
- Comprehensive understanding of Domino's Pizza standards, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in computer and technology skills (Microsoft Office, Pocket PC).
- Capable of providing constructive feedback and managing challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Effective coaching and motivational skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel 75-85%, including overnight stays.
- Availability to work 3-4 weekends per month.
