We are a family law firm with 4 locations throughout the state, dedicated to providing our law students with a meaningful and practical experience during their time with us. Our primary goal is to offer our law students the most valuable and applicable experience possible.
Our law students will engage in court shadowing, team meetings, and mentorship, allowing them to interact regularly with our legal team. Through our Legal Clinic, law students will gain hands-on legal experience by providing pro bono and limited-scope help to family law clients.
This immersive experience enables law students to build real-world skills, interact with clients, and discover their areas of interest as future lawyers.
To be eligible for our program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a 2L or 3L law student
- Be enrolled at an accredited school of law
- Meet Arizona Supreme Court Rule 39(c)(4) eligibility requirements
$20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Assist family law clients with various pro bono and limited-scope projects, including drafting documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times and adhere to ethical standards
- Consistently meet deadlines and complete task assignments
- Follow all outlined guidelines, procedures, and protocols
- This position is only available to law school students who meet Arizona Supreme Court Rule 39(c)(4) eligibility requirements
- All applicants must be a 2L or 3L at an accredited school of law
