We are seeking individuals who will inspire children to become lifelong learners.

As a Childcare Center Supervisor, you will be a:
Educator: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care. Lead classroom management and curriculum execution, with classroom instruction comprising at least 50% of your weekly schedule.
Communicator: Build and maintain relationships with families to foster child achievement and support the success of your center.

Mentor: Assist in the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow educators, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for preschool children.

Leader: Assume the responsibilities of the Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including managing the opening and closing of the center.
Expert: Ensure the daily care of every child by adhering to all licensing regulations and implementing company standards.
We seek energetic, reliable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess:
  • Experience in a licensed childcare environment, leading a classroom, and executing lesson plans.
  • College credits towards an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
  • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation educational and experiential requirements.
  • A willingness to engage in physical activities with children, both indoors and outdoors.
