Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Current Arizona RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic nursing or a related field.
- BSN degree or higher.
- ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in CVICU or ICU.
- BSN degree.
- Specialized training in bariatrics or wound care.
