Our diverse team of over 100 professionals is focused on making transportation seamless and efficient for delivery personnel.As the Manager of Customer Service Representatives, you will play a crucial role in our e-bike rental operations, which cater to delivery drivers in various locations.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $100-120k annually. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and team leadership within the retail sector. Help us reach new heights of achievement.Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspire, lead, and oversee the team of Customer Service Representatives across multiple locations.
2. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and meets sales objectives.
3. Manage the onboarding and sales processes for new clientele, focusing on high conversion rates.
4. Promote additional sales of accessories and services to enhance revenue streams.
5. Supervise customer interactions regarding repairs and returns, ensuring swift and quality service.
6. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
7. Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through innovative approaches.
8. Maintain and improve store ratings on various review platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in B2C or retail sales, preferably in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing teams of 10 or more.
- Experience in retail environments, particularly in electronics, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages (French or Spanish) is a plus.
