Project Manager Specialist

In the role of Project Engineer at Partnered Resources, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery. This entails managing projects from proposal generation through system handover, including equipment engineering, supply chain management, installation, commissioning, and other site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire projects from proposal generation to hand-over, covering equipment engineering, supply chain/procurement, installation/commissioning, and on-site activities.
- Provide technical support to the sales team in creating proposals, reviewing specifications, customizations, and system recommendations.
- Accompany sales reps on sales meetings to offer technical recommendations and support closure discussions.
- Obtain bids and select reliable sub-vendors.
- Interact frequently with Engineering and Supply Chain departments globally, as well as local Sales and Service teams.
- Operate and negotiate independently within policies, procedures, and directives.
- Coordinate all project-related activities and communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
