Job Summary:

Ormat is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the Global Compliance Specialist to support Ormat's Compliance program, ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Compliance Specialist to develop and implement Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct due diligence risk assessments on third-party partners and Ormat business partners.
  • Manage the GAN compliance management system and perform third-party monitoring.
  • Assist with document management and provide administrative support to internal audits.
  • Develop and grow technical expertise in Compliance and regulatory affairs.
  • Provide organizational and document management support to the Corporate Secretary.
  • Travel as necessary to support Compliance audits and trainings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in analytical or project management functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective skills for tracking workflows and interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Auditing, Accounting, Contracting, or Investigative experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multi-lingual environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, judgment, and ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Ability to work at a computer and computer monitor for long periods of time and stay alert.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
