Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized care plans and collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Tracking patient outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff.
  • Administering and supervising treatments and medications, as well as ensuring proper equipment setup and monitoring.
  • Informing patients and family members about best care options and ensuring accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions.
  • Supervising nurses and support staff, providing training as needed, and assisting with incident investigations.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing program.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role.
  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
