About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular wellness visits for all residents to assess their health and well-being

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care or senior living setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional resident care and services
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
