Armand Corporation, a leading M/WBE Construction Management firm, is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Information System Specialist to support a federal construction project in NY & NJ.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a PMIS Administrator with a strong focus on Oracle Primavera P6, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining Oracle Primavera P6 as the primary project scheduling tool
  • Configuring and customizing P6 to meet project requirements, including coding structures, user permissions, and reporting functionalities
  • Integrating and managing new software solutions, such as eBuilder or similar PMIS platforms
  • Providing training and technical support to project team members on P6 and other PMIS software
  • Monitoring and enforcing project scheduling standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy across project schedules

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a PMIS Administrator with a strong focus on Oracle Primavera P6
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and customization of P6
  • Familiarity with integrating and administering new PMIS software platforms
  • Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level
