Fitter - Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Fitter to fill a key role in our team.

Qualification Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

Additionally, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pass a fitter test to demonstrate proficiency in the role.
  • Read and understand engineering blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Fit up components to engineering blueprints with precision and attention to detail.
  • Use required measuring tools to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Follow job operations as per work orders to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Notify Quality Control for checking upon completion of sub-assemblies or assemblies.
  • Report any weld discrepancies to the Fabrication Leadman or Quality Control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
